I have had the pleasure of working in the world of leadership and team development since 1995; initially as a facilitator and consultant with Pecos River/Aon Consulting, a world-class change management firm partnering with Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, I went out on my own,
committed to making a strategic difference for smaller to mid-sized, entrepreneurial organizations.

Although my formal education is in Marketing, I have dedicated myself to learning about and practicing the latest evidence-based thinking in the study of business operations, leadership
and team development, communications, behavioral psychology, coaching and personal transformation.
